All sales are final. While we do not offer refunds, we gladly accept exchanges on eligible apparel, subject to conditions and availibility.

Exchange Requirements

• Exchange request must be submitted via email within 48 hours of delivery.

• Eligible items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with its original tags and packaging.

• Items that do not meet these conditions can be refused.

Final Sale Items

All jewelry, sunglasses, accessories, swimwear, lingerie, sale merchandise, and international orders are final sale and ineligible for standard exchanges.

Shipping

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Include your order number and photographs so we can best resolve your issue.

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
